◆The same old story:This
is story about four people named--Everybody、Someboby、Anyboby
and Nobody.There was an important job to be done,and
Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.Anybody
could have done it,but Nobody did it;Somebody got angry
about that,because it was Everybody’s job.Everybody
thought Anybody could do it,but Nobody realized that
Everybody wouldn't di it.It ended up that Everybody
blamed Somebody and Nobody did what Anybody could have
done!
一个老掉牙的故事:这是一个关于四个人的故事--
这四个人名叫“每个人”、“某个人”、“任何人”、“没有人”。有一
件非常重要的工作必须要去完成,于是“每个人”确定“某个人”会去做它。
其实“任何人”可以去做,但是“没有人”去完成它;“某个人”对于这个情
形非常生气,因为这应该是“每个人”的工作,而“每个人”想到“任何人”
会去做,所以“没有人”发现“每个人”其实并不打算去做。结果最后“每个
人”开始埋怨“某个人”,因为“没有人”做了“任何人”可以完成的事!

在中国,与之相对应的段子就是“三个和尚没水喝”。我们需要团队合作精神;我们需要高度的工作责任心;我们需要完善的组织机构与清晰的作业流程管理。
◆大象无形,大音无声
能否在一片似是而非的议论中找出USP(独特的销售主张Unique Selling
Proposition),存乎一念之间。
个中意趣,恰似清人张问陶的诗意:
五音凌乱不成诗,万籁无声下笔迟。听到宫商谐畅外,此种消息几人知?
